Troubleshooting

1. Check if your device is connected to Wi-Fi or your hotspot.
2. Make sure the card reader is turned on and connected to the internet and try again.
3. Follow the instructions on the Connecting Your Device and Card Reader page.
4. If you still cannot connect, contact Customer Support at 1 800-624-1373 or by email at mobile.customersupport@clev.frb.org

If the app displays a message indicating a connectivity error, ensure your device is connected to to the internet via Wi-Fi or hotspot. While connected to the internet, close the app and restart it.

If you are still unable to use the app, contact Customer Support at 1 800-624-1373 or by email at mobile.customersupport@clev.frb.org.

1. In the app, tap More under the three dots in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. If the app is not responding, exit and attempt to open it again.
4. If the app is still not responding, contact Customer Support at 1-800-624-1373.

1. Verify your device and the card reader are connected to the internet.
2. Verify that the transaction was not completed, and try the transaction again.

When you first downloaded the app you must select the correct agency.

If you have selected an incorrect agency:

1. Delete the app.
2. Download it again.
3. Select the correct agency.
4. The app will now have the correct agency and forms.

Tap History under the clock icon in the bottom navigation bar. Only your transactions will be displayed by default.

To search other users' transactions:

1. Tap Filters.
2. Expand the Users option.
3. Select all the users available and tap Apply.
• You can also use the date range, receipt number, and card number filters to help you locate a specific transaction.
