This electronic form should only be used to repay AmeriCorps VISTA/NCCC member overpayments and SHOULD NOT be used to make any other type of payment to the AmeriCorps (formally Corporation for National and Community Service), including VISTA Cost Share Reimbursement Payments. Use of this form to make any other type of payment to AmeriCorps will result in a significant delay in the processing of the payment.

• Debit or credit card
