About this form

The DFAS Contractor Debt Payment form is used for the submission of funds on contracts where the payment office is listed as F67100, F25700, F68300, F78900 or F87700 (Limestone, ME). To ensure accurate routing of your payment, please check your demand letter on which DFAS site to send your payment to.

Effective December 4, 2017, customers will no longer be allowed to submit credit card payments to repay "debt" owed to the government via Pay.gov. This will include any of the available payment methods that can be linked to a credit card (i.e. Amazon Pay). Bank branded debit cards, however, will still be an acceptable payment method.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Bank account (ACH)
  • PayPal account
  • Debit or credit card

With an account you can:

  • See the payments you made since you created an account.
  • Store payment information so you don't have to re-enter it.
  • Copy a form you already submitted the next time you need to make a payment.
