Use this form to make payments for money owed to Army CECOM.

Use this form to pay Jury Duty Payments, Statement of Charges /Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL), Tuition Repayment, Statement of Charges / Government Property Loss or Damage (GPLD), and Other Miscellaneous Payments for ARMY CECOM.

Please DO NOT upload any documentation that contains personal identifiable information (PII) such as a social security number. Black out the PII before uploading the PDF attachment in Pay.gov.
